All print-on-demand items are custom made. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the fulfillment center used. Estimated times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as customs delays or carrier issues may impact delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact support@vintagroove.com. We will investigate with our shipping partner and offer solutions as needed.
