1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (templates, design kits, assets) are final and non-refundable due to their downloadable nature. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at support@vintagroove.com and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

All physical items are printed on demand and made-to-order. Refunds or replacements are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design)

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Memberships and Courses

  • VIP Membership: Subscriptions are flexible and can be cancelled anytime via your account. We do not issue refunds for previously billed periods.
  • Courses: Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Refunds are not available unless explicitly stated in the course offer or terms.
